These product names are all part of Sunkist’s new Almond Munchies brand and are all playing off the “Kist” in Sunkist. But why has Sunkist taken this bold step beyond first base? Perhaps they are playing catch-up with Planters, the company that first broke from the wholesome, family values-based product nomenclature long surrounding the nut sector with this outrageous product name.
